NEKTON-E contains the vital vitamin E as alpha tocopherol acetate
Use with NEKTON-S for birds
Pet food supplement for birds and reptiles
Contains 2 amino acids, dextrose, silicic acid
Guaranteed analysis per 1000 grams: 50,000 mg vitamin E
Feeding recommendation for birds: 1 gram (1 level measuring spoon, included inside) of NEKTON-E in 250ml (8oz) drinking water or 100 grams (3.5oz) soft food. It should be used as a course of treatment starting at least three weeks before breeding, and stopped as soon as the first egg has been laid.
Other animals: 0.5 grams daily (1/2 measuring spoon) of NEKTON-E per kg (2.2 lbs) of body weight, in a course of treatment of around 14 days.
Vitamin E plays a vital role in maintaining bodily functions and in the fertility of most animal species. It promotes a bird’s entire metabolism – protein, carbohydrate, fatty, mineral and water metabolic processes. Vitamin E occurs in multiple forms – tocopherols. The tocopherols act as antioxidants, protect other vitamins and are essential to cellular respiration, particularly in the heart and skeletal muscle tissues. Of all the vitamin E forms in the plant kingdom alpha-tocopherol is the most biologically active, an important factor in animal nutrition.

Directions
The enclosed measuring spoon will hold 1g = 1/4 teaspoon, meaning 1 spoonful NEKTON-E to approx. 1/2 pint water. Please note: 1 cup = 1/2 pint. Examples for Birds: 1/4 teaspoon of "E" plus 1/4 teaspoon "S" (for example) to half a pint of water. 1/2 teaspoon of "E" plus 1/2" teaspoon of "S" to a pint of water. 2 teaspoons of "E" plus 2 teaspoons of "S" to two quarts of water.
