30-Day Return Policy

You can return your purchase within 30 days from the date you received your order for an exchange or a full refund.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Personal care items
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after receiving your order

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our Returns team will inspect it for eligibility. We will send you an email notification upon receiving your return and keep you updated throughout the processing.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a specific period, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that the exact time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank's processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as there might be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Reach out to your bank, as they may have further information about the refund status.

If, after taking these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support at support@follus.com, and we will assist you promptly.


We gladly replace items that are defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong order. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at support@follus.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we will issue a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate with the credit value.

For gifts that were not marked as such during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the gift giver.

Shipping Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by sending an email to support@follus.com, and they will provide you with the address of the nearest warehouse for return shipment.

Important Note: Merchandise returned to the manufacturer or carrier without contacting our customer service will not be processed correctly, and you will not receive the refund or exchange.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and in case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
