Love products Follus offers that are unique, nicely designed and reasonably priced. Stumbled on Follus after searching most every dept stores we knew of online to find a custom style scarf for a Christmas gift. Success at placing an order from Follus for a Cute West Highland White Terrier-Scarf V2 that we had no idea would arrive 8 weeks later, no replies to any of our communications asking for status, blindly waiting from 6DEC2025 to 31JAN2026. Only would shop here again as a very last resort.

The hoodie was generously sized and the print quality was good. I prefer a more "cottony" fabric, rather than the soft "satiny" fabric, but that's just my personal preference.
My wife and I love her Cavalier hoody. I was however concerned about the lack of communication never receiving an order number and did not get a response about when I was to receive the item. It took so long without any communication after the first one I was about to check to see if it was a scam. Glad it was not. Thanks for a quality shirt.

The blanket seems nice, however, I bought it as a Christmas gift and therefore it was received inappropriately and extensively one month delayed without notification. I paid for shipping to receive it in time for Christmas!
My husband was so excited when I gave him the t-shirt he wore it for days on end,I had to sneak it in the wash soI didn't get yelled at.
I like it, but it is smaller I expected.

Love , love , love this hoodie. Bought one a few years ago and it has washed and worn very well but thought I'd get another one. Very pleased with this galaxy dark Yorkie. Love wearing it and always get comments - people often think I'm cuddling a dog! Admit there was an issue as my hoodie got lost in transit but -once I'd complained they realised this and sent me a replacement. Would recommend and will definitely get another one at another date.

I love it. I ordered the wrong size but will hold on to it I waited to long for it.
Absolutely the slowest mail system. No notifications of expected deliveries. Missed a birthday and Christmas. Took over 5 weeks to get it. The product is good and it is as advertised. The same goes for the blanket we ordered last year.
People love it, that see it and think it actually a picture of my furbaby

The Hoodie is great. The biggest problem was the time it took to receive it. You need to be more honest about your shipping ability and length of time from order to actual mailing.
I finally received it and it was a small although I could’ve sworn I ordered a large. Other than that, it’s really nice.
The only disappointment was having to wait 7 weeks gor my phone cover to arrive. And no response from customer services

I ordered the iPhone case November 1st and it didn’t arrive until December 28th-AFTER Christmas. It was to be a Christmas gift. The same was true of a late arrival of a Chihuahua blanket I ordered as a Christmas gift two years ago. It also arrived AFTER Christmas, yet I had ordered it in what I felt was long enough ahead. The slow service is my only complaint. The products are very nice and eventually they arrive.
Was a bit surprised at just how long it took for my order to be received, with no follow up information on how everything was going, but finally received and very, very happy with my purchase.

The hoodie graphics are nice…looks just like my dog. The fabric is slick and shiny. Not what I expected, but I might have misread the description. The fit is fine and it’s comfortable. Delivery took a very long time.
This is my second order with you, and even tho it takes awhile to get the order it is definitely worth the wait. My first order was a jacket that was perfectly made and I love it. I get so many compliments on it. Now, I have this beautiful purse. It is very well made. I have already had so many compliments on it. Thank you very much. I did cut off the handles, as I didn’t want them on there. I plan to put a purse charm on the loops that are still there. I am very happy with both of my purchases. I’m sure I will order something again.

This was a Christmas gift for my wife, and she loves it, anything greyhound. It seems to be well made and should last longer than other ones I have purchased in the past. It is expensive for a phone wallet, but if it outlasts the phone, it is worth it.
My husband loved his T -Shirt & jacket with all his favourite dogs on it , he was so happy he wore it all day & it was 30 deg.
I love the softness of the leather. It is a perfect size. Exactly what I hoped for.
