Kaytee Fiesta Big Bites Parrot and Conure food contain ingredients specially selected for larger birds. Larger pieces of fruits, nuts, and vegetables are combined with premium extruded nutrition to create the perfect blend of size and flavor variety. Kaytee Fiesta Big Bites Foods are nutritionally fortified with the essential vitamins and minerals bird’s need to live a long and healthy life. The bigger pieces provide added enrichment and encourage natural foraging behavior. Kaytee Fiesta Big Bites Foods can be fed as bird’s primary diet or as added variety to an existing diet.
When introducing a new food begin with a mixture of "old and new" food, gradually increase the amount of new food over a 7 to 10 day period. For best results discard any uneaten portion and clean food dish before next feeding. Fresh water should be available at all times. The following feeding amounts can be used as a starting point for one bird. Adjust the portions to maintain proper weight and if additional birds are fed.

Directions
A naturally preserved product needs special attention to maintain maximum freshness. After opening bag, remove air from package and reseal tightly. Use food within 30 - 45 days. Store in a cool, dry location. Refrigerate or freeze for extended storage.. It's always best to introduce new food slowly. Start with a mix of the Kaytee® Fiesta® Big Bites Parrot and Conure Food and your bird's old food, gradually increasing the new food (and reducing the old) over 7 to 10 days. This cadence gives your pet time to adjust to the new food without digestive upset. Use the feeding amounts on the packaging as a guide. You may need to adjust the portions if you have multiple birds or need to help your pet maintain a weight recommended by your veterinarian. For best results, keep fresh water available at all times. Discard any uneaten food and clean the food dish before your bird's next feeding to help keep your feathered friend healthy. Macaw or Cockatoo 1 cup (Approximately 115g)
